You can froth milk with a French press. If you like milk in your coffee, particularly frothy milk, and have a French press, then you are set.
I would recommend putting the milk in a mug and microwaving it for 30 seconds to warm it up, first. Then transfer it to the press, pump it repeatedly to froth it, and add it to your coffee.
